"Raggargrogg" ... "Raggare" ride around in big "Yankees" from the 60's (Caddies, Impalas, Olds), slick their hair back in ducktails ... and are a dying breed. The alcohol politics are bizarre in the country. So the only thing you can buy in the stores across the counter, without going to the liquor store, is "People's beer" (folk?l). It has a lower alcohol content (3.5% rather than 4.5 or 5%). But .... if you put it in the freezer and let it freeze, the water freezes first, leaving only the good juice in a liquid state (alcohol freezes at a lower temperature than water).
