Subject: [Leica] OT Kodak grey scale card.

Now that I have my Epson 950 printer and I've downloaded the software to
correct black and white colour casts, I need a Kodak Grey scale (Kodak
catalogue number 1527654).

Does anyone know where in the UK I can obtain one of these and how much it
is likely to cost?

Alternatively does anyone have the Epson card that is meant to be used with
this software?
