If this isn't costing you money, I think the only sensible recourse
would be to write some letters - to him, to his ISP, to any gallery or
"bricks and mortar" business that may be selling 'his' work, ordering
him to cease and desist. Further, you might want to do a Google search
on his name, find some sites where his work is discussed - if there are
any - and post to those sites telling them what's going on.

Other than that- it's time for the Scotch. ;-)
