D. > B.D., Well I have to say that I am feeling pretty inspired lately by Alfie and how he has elevated himself to God-like status. He is definitely a model for all of the struggling photographers/artists out here practicing our craft and our art. Just last weekend I decided, using Alfie as a role model, to rid myself of my deep depression and start a new project which I am calling *PostCards From A Refraction* (PCFAR). It will be an intimate monograph of my struggles to emulate my hero Robert Doisneau which will then morph into the modern day portrayal of Ralph Gibson's hands. I fully expect this entire monumental project will take me an entire month and every waking moment will be devoted to this revealing memoir of an aging hippie and his quest to understand the depths of the human frailties. I have no doubt that this work will receive international acclaim and become a bench mark for all to follow in practicing their art and craft. sl - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
