I've never seen it demonstrated.  Any examples?

If credentials define intent, then everything a lawyer says is legal advice, and
everything a doctor does is medical care.

I'm not into photographing bad news.  The media already does that to excess.

I don't have a Constitutional right to be up front in the conference room.  I do
have a right to take pictures, though (in most situations).

I don't need to hear it, as I already know better.  It worries me when I see
people advocating unequal distribution of freedoms, however.  "It's fine for me,
but not for him."
