Credentials do not determine intent, and the First Amendment applies to
everyone, not just journalists.

On the contrary, it's very clear: You want the freedom to photograph whatever
you want, but you'd prefer that the attempts of others to do the same be
censored. However, as I've said, the First Amendment and allied freedoms apply
to everyone, not just a privileged few, so you are out of luck on that point.
