If you, or any other SPLUGgers, are in London you can get it over the 
counter at Silverprint near Waterloo and Southwark stations. Southwark tube 
station is worth a visit anyway. If you are into that kind of thing. Apart 
from the magnificent architecure it also has platform screen doors similar
