Kyle,

While in Cairo try to get up to Alexandria if you can. Take the train. I spent some time there in the mid 70's and it still had some of the flavor of Lawrence Durrell's Alexandria Quartet. If it is still that way it is not to be missed. But time has a way of changing things. What remains for me are memories and a box of photos.
