Sorry, Henry, made that mistake of thinking if it's in your state it's in
your neck of the woods. That's like someone thinking I could pop out of the
door and get some snaps from Moose Factory.

North Americans do the same thing with us Brits, sometimes with surprising
consequences. About a month ago I was sitting on a ski lift with my
snowboard and this teenager next to me hears my accent and says 'are you
from Britain'. 

So when she hears I am, she says 'Do you know Bruce Fogel'? And I am just
about to explain in as patronising a way as I can that Britain has a
population twice that of Canada and does she really think out of fifty
million people it's very likely that -- and then I realise...

... yes, I DO know Bruce Fogel. And it's the same Bruce Fogel.
