Having now read the full PDF file of the chat I think that Leica were as 
honest and up front as any company can be about their future business plans. 
Personally I was delighted to see their commitment to the long term future of 
the R series and to new lens development, and to know they are seriously 
looking at digital. I feel the whole 'chat' scenario was a brave move for any 
company and they are to be applauded.
