Subject: Re: [Leica] Hexanon 60mm/1.2 LTM Mount

Horace, the Hexanon 60/1,2 works well on M3's and M6's. the only problem I
have had with mine is that it 'disengages" from the focus mechanism at about
0,8meter. That means that if you are shooting closer than 0.8/0,9 meters, it
suddenly skips the cameras focus. Once you remember that, you are OK with the
lens. Oh, it has a nice vented hood that has a rotating mount. This means
that if you use it on a LTM camera and the thread in the mount would put the
hood in a position that blocks the viewfinder, you can "adjust" the hood so
that the "vent" is in the correct position.
