Hello all,

I have R and M systems but the problem is with an R-8 I got last year.  When
I
set it on Manual and try to shoot at say 1/30 or 1/45, sometimes the
exposure
will not fire at that speed.  I'll hear the shutter stay open for maybe a
second, 
two seconds, etc.  It happens a few times per roll, always at the worst
possible
moment.  Anyone with the same or similar problem?
