You certainly provoked a deluge with this post. Anyway, my experience is that whether or not you get watermarks under certain circumstances depends a lot on the specific details of the way you work, your wetting agent and the exact amounts of whatever impurities remain in your water. Most of the suggestions will work, but not necessarily in your circumstances. Try them. Eventually they will fade into history; at least until you move, and then they might pop up again. - -- * Henning J.
