There was glueing, taping, epoxy, riveting, melting, fasteners, bolts,
gafer, electrical tape ...... and now there is one on Ebay.
It seemed like a good idea at the time. Sure as hell beats putting two $12
USD caps together and hoping for the best........ Yes in Australia we pay
$12 USD for a Leica R lense cap.
At $20 USD, I thought it reasonable.
