Dale,

Why would digital technology have any impact on Leica prices? People who buy
Leicas are either collectors, in which case the picture-taking attributes
are irrelevant, or users who obviously have decided that they want a
high-quality, manual, "old-fashioned" camera. In neither case are digital
cameras an obvious substitute, no matter how good they get.
