Miro,

At minimum it requres:

) the appropriate stepped cam
) two tiny screws
) machining or replacing one of the existing cams
) drilling two tiny holes in *exactly* the right place in a $300 part
) trimming or machining an interior baffle, depending on whether it's made of plastic or metal
) Leica USA also replaces the aperture ring so that the numerals lime up more accurately with the aperture viewing window of R cameras.

Note that the plastic inner baffle of the 60 macro is A BITCH to remove and re-install and will probably break somewhere in the process.

My advice?  Let DAG or Sherry handle it.
