(I got the order form off Steve Gandy's web site; no brochure was there.) At least that language is illuminating. I think what is so irritating to me in all this is my own failure. Failure to wait one week so I could see the dealers offering a better deal than LHSA itself. In and of itself this doesn't seem quite right either. I still think it would be a nice gesture for LHSA to remit the first year's dues, or ask Leica to do so to make the deals even and not penealize those who joined first. After all, I would think the goals of LHSA would be a strong commitment to its members who presumably are going to be renewing year after year.
