I have bought just about all my Leica gear from Jim, very helpful, honest and
straight forward. have returned a coupla items from him and got a prompt
cheerful refund. I visited one NY dealer, with the idea of trading a lens but
did not. They did not want to let me use the men's room. Said the landlord had a
policy against it but they would let me sneak in. I started to call the owner
and tell him but never did. I was really flabbergasted.
