Thanks John, for that very interesting account.

I myself have gone back too from the days of lugging (!)
a F3, and now own exactly the same gear you carry/will carry ( be it
that my M is an M6HM Classic. And I can tell you that photography
has been that much fun sinec ages. And also that more shots are not so right
as with F3 automation, I must confess. never mind. The 24, 35 and 90 ASPH's
are
so good that it is a joy to see the good shots.

Travel plans are now set for July, when we will go to Brazil
for 4 weeks, and cover Brazilian Baroque and the streets
of Recife, Olinda, Ouro Pretu and so on.

And will visit that wonder of the world, the Sanctuary of Bom Jesus de
Matosinhos in Congonhas, chef d'oeuvre de O Aleijandinho.
Wait till you see the pictures, Luggers!
