Have you ever scanned it? My scanner instructions (for a Nikon Coolscan) say
that the dyes in Kodachrome are different from other films and that they will
not scan the same way. It isn't specific, but I assume that by adjusting gain
or color balance on the scanner, I can still scan Kodachrome. Have you any
experience with this--or does anyone on this list have experience scanning
Kodachrome slides?

The store I went to today (a professional film distributor) said that Kodachrome
25 no longer exists. He has only 64 and 200. Maybe that's a European
restriction. He confirmed that film must still be sent to Lucerne to the
one-and-only Kodachrome processing center in Europe, but he guarantees 24-hour
turnaround.

What about the 64?

I bought two rolls of the 64. I'll try it and see how it scans. Not sure which
camera to try it in, though.

I guess I'll have to try it in the Leica, then.
