However, this one had me spewing soda out of my nose. 'Mymother' especially hit a chord with me, because I borrowed the money to buy my M6 from my mother. I name most of my possesions, and I named it, "Dianne" after her. Ironic, isn't it? Sometimes when I ask my girlfriend to hand me "Dianne," she doesn't know whether to reach for the plastic camera that takes 120, or the Leica. I usually laugh, and thank god I've got a girlfriend who knows what a Diana is. >From: Mark Rabiner <mrabiner@concentric.net> >Reply-To: leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us >To: leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us >Subject: Re: [Leica] Black tape... >Date: Mon, 26 Jul 1999 15:57:16 -0700 > >csocolow wrote: > > > > Peter Kristoffersen wrote: > > > > > > Why does some people stick black tape on their leicas? > ><snip>I use black Dymo label tape to cover names and logos. > > It doesn't leave a residue.><snip> > > -- > > Carl Socolow > > >IF your using Dymo label tape why not punch something in! >Some ideas: > >Camera > >Minamata (sic) > >NoFix > >El Cheepo > >Notcon > >Like A > >$$$$$$$$ > >Mymother > >Cannot > >Mark Rabiner >I use "sic" to denote sick humor not wrong spelling. But that's a whole different subject. _______________________________________________________________ Get Free Email and Do More On The Web. Visit http://www.msn.com
