Subject: [Leica] Juggling lenses
From: Jim Brick <jim@brick.org>

I think what Mark said the other day is right on the money. Carry your
camera with no lens attached. Just a body cap. When you get to a
photographic situation, then decide which lens to use.

All to often, whatever lens is on your camera, is the lens that you will
use. Even if it is not the best lens for the subject. For some reason,
fishing a lens out of your vest/bag/pocket, taking a lens off of the
camera, juggling it with another lens, putting the other lens on, capping
the first lens and putting it back in your vest/bag/pocket, seems like
extra unjustified work. When in fact, it is justified.

Mark has the right idea.
