Just a little note to add to the thread on Camera Bags. I owned and
used Tenba bags almost exclusivly. I had the R system in a 995, and the
M stuff in a 695 bag. Every time that I take one of the bags out to
shoot I would notice a fine dust all over the equipment. At first i
contributed it the living in a very old house. Then. One day I realozed
that the dust was from the bag, the woterproof lining of the bag was
flaking off on to my cameras. THese bags were only 3 years old at the
time, I returned them to Tenba to have them replaced under warranty,
They said that there was nothing that they could do for me, because the
bags were very old, even though I had receipts that said they were
purchased only 3 years ago. I stopped using the bags because I was
afraid that the dust would work it's way into the camera interior and
cause damage. SO. I would be cautious fo purchasing any camera bag
where the weatherproofing was sprayed onto the fabric. Some companies
weatherproof there bags by choice of fabrics instead of adding a
chemical coating.

So I have switched to the Billingham bags, and I love them. Looking
at the construction I think they will last for a very long time.

Thanks
John
