They have been amazing. Unfortunately, the reason I know this is that I have had problems with 3 of the R8s (kept 2) that I purchased and one of the motor winders. In any case they have repaired or replaced all equipment with a smile and with much speed. Maybe I have been lucky, maybe not, but I have no problem with the Leica service I do have a problem however, with their quality control. Gary
