Of course, that can be accomodated with practice. I've use Leicaflex (orig, and SL), R3, R4, R4sp, and of course BUNCHES of Nikons. I would much prefer the Leica SLRs for available light shooting, but then I don't use the Nikons for that.....for well-lit, high shutter speed shooting, the Nikons are fine....when it drops below 1/125 or so, I grab for my M4s.
