Looking for a light weight, table-top tripod that is

1) stable enough to support an (off-center) M3 mount
2) light to medium weight ball-head only (no pan or quick mount)
3) price is an issue (preferably < $50 US) but all recommendations OK.
4) light weight (to be used in travel)
5) maximum height above table about 8-10 inches (tripod only)

brand-name, model/number, cost and source appreciated.
