Subject: [Leica] 35 3.5 elmar LTM

Can anyone offer some advice on the 35 elmar LTM.  I understand that there
are large difference from lens to lens (curved or flat field) other than
that any comments?  I would like to mount a 35 on my M3 and from an
economic standpoint it seems like a good option.  Also how does this lens
compare to its Nikon and Cannon counterparts.
