When I bought by 70-180mm APO Leica mis-shiipped me a non-rom when I had
ordered a ROM.  Eric (at Tamarkin) insisted I go on the two week trip with the
non-rom lens and we would take it back afterword and ship the right one.

I can ask for no better service.
