If it were my decision I would search for a previous-generation Noctilux, decent-condition (optically at least) samples of which I've seen for slightly more than the price you have quoted. My general opinion from having looked over Ken-Mar's ad in the past (based on items whose values I am familiar with) is that they are frequently vastly overpriced. An example: the November issue lists a Visoflex II (*not* a III) with the eyelevel finder for $249, which is about $150 more than I've seen it in other places.
