If you want medium format performance without bulk, then cast back to the folding 6x9 cameras, these are light and offer terrific performance, especially for the money. I have a Voigtlander Bessa 2 and comparing a (FP4) 12x16" blow up with a Pan F Leica/50 Summicron similar shot, I'd take the Voigtlander quality thank you... Or choose an Envoy Wide Angle camera, 64mm lens (equiv. to 28mm view on 35mm format) and quite petite, considering... But life is about making choices based on more than quality. I can change lenses with the Leica and get 36 exposures on a roll, it makes me splutter into my (warm English) beer to hear someone asking other people what camera or lens he/she should buy. If we can't decide what we want for our own photography, maybe we should go back to live with our parents and let them do the shopping for us... jem
