This doesn't answer your question but if you are likely to need obscure
adapter rings then you might like to know about a UK company that
specialise in selling, or making to order, such things, who I have used for
a few otherwise unobtainable (or extremely hard to locate, which is almost
the same thing) items. They are;
SRB Film Service, 286 Leagrave Road, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU31 1 RB, U.K.

poorly-serviced (ie infrequently checked) email address which is
SRBFILM@AOL.COM
You might to ask for their catalogue- it looks a bit down-market but they
made a few bits and pieces for me that work very well, like Cokin P adapter
rings for 60mm filter-thread lenses, an adaptor to use a Leitz lens head on
a Rollei SL66 body, and such items.
