The 2.8/16 F-Distagon was regularly produced for the Rollei QBM cameras.
It may still be available new, though as all remaining production of the
3003 is for photogrammetric work, I doubt it:  using a fish-eye for aerial
mapping and the like seems a bit counter-productive.  It is still available
for the Contax SLR system.

Jeremy Kime recounts seeing a 15mm Hologon in M mount for $2,700!  Oh, if
you ever see another, grab it!  These guys normally sell in the $6,000 and
up range.
