The product to which you refer is the Abrahamsson Rapidwinder for 
M4-P, M4-2 and M6.  It was developed in the 1980's as an alternative 
to the disappearing numbers of functioning and affordable Leicavit 
winders available, and is produced by Tom Abrahamsson in Canada.  The 
price is approximately $500 US, and it is 14mm tall and weighs 120 
grams.  It is available only from the manufacturer, as far as I know:
