I had the pleasure of meeting Rick Smolan the other day at a college
reunion. He had an M6 with a Leicavit-style baseplate that he said was
not Leitz made and was, in fact, made in Canada. Does anybody (Ted?)
have any info or knowledge about this product? TIA.
