Mount your camera on a tripod, point it in the direction of the lightning and lock the shutter open. Wait for a few lightning flashed in front of the lens and then close the shutter. Try different apertures and different times. Chances are all of them will work OK. Cheers! kw >Has anyone here had success photographing lightning at night.
