Subject: [Leica] IMG: Nathan's PAW 44: the real way to make paella

The week started in Denmark and ended in Alicante, with a proper rice as we
say here (the world paella is seldom used). The dish was originally made by
shepherds in the mountains, cooking rice with rabbit and chicken. The paella
that people associate with Spain today, with shrimp etc., is a newer
invention called paella de marisco. Both have their place, but this week we
had the traditional version, prepared in the traditional way. It is all here:

And as always, comments and critique are welcome and appreciated.
