Allens has been a fixture on Congress for maybe fifty years. There was also Heritage Boots which is a custom boot specialist shop and now there is a new player Tecovas. Allens has gotten a lot more aggressive and has opened a discount store with there overruns or merch past it's sell by date. To advertise they have a fun window.
