Greetings to all.  My neighborhood is undergoing a change from 50"s and
60's bungalows to whatever zoning allows to fit on the lot.  Housed get
torn down and the lots sit for a while until the builder decides to build,
 In the meantime things grow until the city reminds the builder of the
ordinances:
