I had one of those in my early days, it was poor even on film!  I would have 
thought that any major brand 85mm f2.0 would be OK (Canon FD, Nikon AI, 
Olympus OM, Contax/Yashica etc)...

    Those pics taken today with my 1977 Jupiter-9 showed me I need to get a 
    better Sony or compatible f2 85mm portrait lens or else a better 
    adaptor. Anybody out there tried the 85/1.8?
