Subject: [Leica] Tuesday Trees

Greetings to all.  This week is all about adverse life for trees.  We start
with a large "cedar" tree that has done pretty well for itself;

This sapling seems to have it's work cut out for itself:

Whereas this cottonwood seems to be able to do without water for long
periods of time:

This sprout is doing well until the next rain storm sends 3 meters of water
down the creek bed:

If you look closely this tree is actually sending roots into holes in the
limestone:
