Samoa changed time zone, but the Kirimati part of the Line Islands still
operates at GMT +14:
https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/kiribati/kiritimati (the Line
Islands has 3 time zones) and is the first place in the world where it is
Friday and Baker Island operates at GMT -12
https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zone/usa/baker-island and is one of the
last places where it is Friday.
