The Canadian Health system, in my experience, responds splendidly to crisis.
But for the ordinary the waiting times can be frustrating.

Well, Howard, that IS impressive. "Adventures" is mildly put looking at this 
portrait of yours! I'm glad you could get rescued and looked after properly!
