One HEAD of garlic... To be sure, as Americanese is different from any 
other sub-English language

A CLOVE of garlic is a small piece.? A head of garlic is a LOT of garlic 
made up of many garlic cloves...? Typically you buy a full head of 
garlic and use a clove or two in a dish.

Can i get a better feel for this?? ( we are going to make it as soon as 
we get the garlic issue resolved.
