If nothing else is was a beautiful day: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Monday+Misc/fishing+on+the+Padernales.jpg.html During the week I went to a conference on the creation of a ballet. It centered on a holocaust survivors personal journey through the horror. Stills can't do justice to the creativity of the ballet so I went in a different direction. This first image was designed to capture the halo on this man's hair: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Monday+Misc/executive+hair.jpg.html This next image is part of a very long running series on waiting: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Monday+Misc/waiting+with+a+cookbook.jpg.html Last, still in the series on waiting but also about alone: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/don_dory_gmail_com/Monday+Misc/waiting+in+the+shadows.jpg.html For those interested in the ballet: Light / The Holocaust & Humanity Project - Ballet Austin <https://balletaustin.org/stephen-mills/original-works/light> and the link: https://balletaustin.org/stephen-mills/original-works/light This was performed in several cities in Europe including Barcelona. I believe they are getting up several more performances on the 75tth anniversary of the liberation of Aushwitz. All the best. -- Don don.dory at gmail.com
