Hi Richard,
You might try upping the ISO to reduce the shutter open time. That will 
limit the star streaks. The M10 has functional ISO up to 6400 in my 
experience.
Looking forward to seeing more.

Philippe, thank you for the suggestion.  I have resized the file.  Much 
better with the artifacts not getting in the way of the image.  Next time, 
I?ll try the 50 Noctilux and the 15mm Voigtlander.
