Subject: [Leica] Help with Leica R Macro Tube 14158

I  wish to know about the operation of  diaphragm button on the side of this 
tube.  Does the opertion of the tube allow for a cock it then shoot it then 
cock it again ( all manually done).  Or if the diaphragm resets itself 
automatically after the diaphragm is shut down and allowed to be at rest?
