Yes, I meant that. The article claims there is scant evidence that Hal
Morey took the photo, saying that:

Most places claim the photographer is unknown, but there is a tagged
photo from Getty Images that seems to identify the photographer. Or else
Hal Morey of the N.Y. Central R.R.  just used this picture to advertise his
photography.

The article also says that other photos from the same series are tagged
1924, and 1934.
