Subject: [Leica] I think it can not be fixed

Please take a look to this picture from 1992 (please view large), I like 
very much the expression and the moment but the picture is bad, beside the 
negative is dirty and I would have to clean, the picture is undefined, out 
of focus, I think I can?t anything to improve it? any idea?
