Somebody bought one of my prints on Fine Art America and paid with PayPal.
I got a notice from PayPal yesterday that they canceled the purchase and
refunded the money to the buyer because I am not a "verified" member of
PayPal.  According to the PayPal website, in order to become a verified
member, I have to send them my bank account information or sign up for
their PayPal credit card.

I have been using PayPal for years to send and receive all kinds of
payments and have never run into this before.  I've sent them an inquiry
about why they are doing this now but haven't heard back.

Has anybody else run into this problem?

I don't want to send them my bank account information or use their credit
card!!
