Subject: [Leica] Nathan's PAD 21/5/2016: two worlds co-exist

Yesterday, I cycled up to the Puerto de la Carrasqueta mountain pass. I live
at sea level and the pass is at 1020 metres, so it is decent climb.
Basically, to get there I cycle on more or less flat terrain for the first
7-8 km and then more or less constantly uphill for the next 30 km. The
reward is the subsequent descent but also the sight I see every time I go up
there.

Yesterday, during the initial stages of the ride, I came across this herder
and his dog guiding the flock to pasture:

Then, at the Puerto, I met many other cyclists, both road types (of which I
am one) and mountain bikers. The area is great for both kinds of cycling:

And then I rolled home, letting gravity do its thing :-)

Cheers,
Nathan
